FAQ

Will you ship to…?
I will NOT ship to any address that is NOT the address on the ship to line in Paypal, Storenvy, or otherwise when you pay for your items. If your address is not current and not up to date, I will ONLY be shipping to the address that is on file. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that your address is correct when you pay for your invoice/goods/whatever. Double check your address!!

Where’s my tracking number?
Make sure to check your email you used to pay via PayPal or Storenvy for your tracking number. Emails are auto-generated to send out as soon as I print a shipping label. If you still haven’t received one, go ahead and contact me and I can get your tracking number for you.

What is your return and exchange policy?
I guarantee your item will leave my hands bundled as securely as I can possibly make it. I cannot guarantee what the shipping service may do, however. 🙁

I will refund any unprocessed/unshipped items if you have buyer’s remorse and can catch me before it ships out. 🙂 Contact me if you have any additional questions.

What if my item arrives broken?
Some shipping services have been a little… well, rough with some of my packages as of late, which has resulted in this question. I will do my absolute best to get your order to you complete and unbroken, but because of the nature of what is being shipped (glass), I can’t 100% guarantee that you will get an unbroken piece. 🙁

If your piece arrives broken, feel free to contact me and let me know that it came broken. It’s helpful if you can attach a picture. In most cases, I can repair the item — free of charge — as long as you can send it back to me. If the piece is, for whatever reason, totally obliterated, we can discuss how to proceed.

Will you repair…?
Yes! I can fix most items I have sold including flippers, heads, bails, etc. My only ask is that you cover shipping costs (About $4 in the US). I do not do repairs on items sold by a third party, meaning if you did not buy it directly from me, sorry, free repairs are not possible.

I have ONE item exception to this fix it policy. I will not repair any broken glass chains (with the only exception being damaged in transit). Because of the nature and intricacy of glass chains, it is a lot of work to repair for free. Thanks for understanding.

We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. We ship either first class or priority mail, so you will see a tracking number appear in your email as soon as your order has shipped.

How do I pay for…?
I accept PayPal and credit/debit card through Storenvy. I do not accept BitCoin at this time. I also accept Venmo @wickedpissahglass! If you would like to pay through PayPal, please allow me to send you an invoice OR send your paypal payment to my paypal address as a goods/services rendered request. DO NOT by any means send your payment as a gift! PayPal has strict policies against receiving “gift payments” for goods or services. Gift payments do not pay a surcharge on receiving funds. PayPal can and will freeze any accounts that bypass their surcharge, so please, don’t put me in that position.

Will you make me a custom piece?
I am not currently accepting any custom requests.
